A contract between you and Anuka Kid Ltd. for the sale of the goods will only exist once your order has been accepted by Anuka Kid Ltd., processed and dispatched (at which point your credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched).PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We will do our very best to keep the Website up to date at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We aim to process your order request within 24 hours subject to availability. Should your desired products be out of stock we will contact you via email. If we receive no response to our email within 5 days, your remaining order will be processed.PRICES
Prices displayed next to the products are list prices that are in effect at the time of purchase. Prices exclude delivery expenses. Delivery expenses are displayed during the payment process, prior to the finalisation of the order. In case the webshop malfunctions, or if the products or the prices are insufficient for any reason, we reserve the right of correction. In such cases we advise you of the new and proper details immediately after having detected and corrected the error. If your country is part of the European Union, prices include Hungarian VAT (27%). Shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.PAYMENT METHOD AND SECURITY
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. Anuka Kid Ltd. accepts most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club).
Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order and we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.
All charges and refunds are in EUR. Anuka Kid Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation.
We confirm every order in an email message. This means, that after having placed the order, you receive an automatic email about the receipt of your order and later another one with the expected delivery time and your parcel's tracking number.

We aim to dispatch all items within 5 working days from placing your order. If for whatever reason your order will be delayed or if any of our products are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Packages will be shipped from Hungary by GLS (General Logistics System). Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches your country. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. We do not collect VAT, duties or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend you to contact your local customs office or GLS office to obtain a landed cost estimate.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to.
If your parcel is lost, please contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.
For 14 working days after the conclusion of the agreement, you can withdraw your order without giving any explanation. The period open for such withdrawal starts on the day you receive the products. Expenses incurred in connection with the return of goods are your responsibility. In case the products returned while using the right of withdrawal are not in an intact condition suitable for re-sale, you must pay compensation. We will withhold the amount to be reimbursed until you returned the products and it will be reimbursed in the same manner as the payment was effected.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, and your case will be given special priority. We will examine the item thoroughly and if we acknowledge that it is faulty, defective or incorrect, we will refund the full price or replace the item and pay any shipping costs incurred.
If you would like to modify/cancel your order before it is sent out please contact us. If your order has already been dispatched we are unable to modify/cancel it but you can still return your items for a full refund.
Anuka Kid Ltd. is happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any item you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items should be securely packaged and sent back by insured registered post. As we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage.HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return your items to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply follow the below steps:
1 – Email us your order number and reason for return or exchange
2 – Wrap up your items securely
3 – Post your parcel making sure you use a secure and traceable means of return and always keep your proof of postage

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is in "as sold" condition your refund will be processed within 10 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit/debit card you used to pay.EXCHANGES
